Ingredients  (for six people recipe): 
a)	2 cups of chopped coriander
b)	1 ½ Lts  of Chicken soup
c)	1 white  small sliced onion 
d)	1 cup of wheat  flour
e)	1 cream cheez bar
f)	1 butter bar
g)	1 cup of finely chopped celery
h)	Salt and pepper to taste
 
                            Coriander cream, spices and milk merged in one taste
Utensils: 
a)	Bowl

c)	Saucepan

Creamy Coriander Sauce: A Step-by-Step Guide
Procedure: 
1- fry and mix onion, celery and coriander with butter.
2- Separately, fry flour with butter too.
3- Liquefy vegetables and  fried floar and add chicken soup.
 
4- Cook for 10 minutes, after that,low stove fire.
5- Liquefy cream cheez and add mix.
 
6- season it with salt and pepper to taste.
